FEC

FEC sent the 8^th FEC Delegation to Viet Nam from 19^th to 27^th November 2013. The delegation, headed by Mr. Yoshihiko Nakagaki, Chairman of FEC Japan – Viet Nam Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee (Corporate Adviser of Electric Power Development Co., Ltd), consisted of 16 FEC members.

The Delegation visited Hanoi, haiphong, Quang Ninh Province, Ho Chi Minh and Binh Duong Province. They continuously held the courtesy meeting with H. E. Mr. Truong Tan Sang, President for three years. FEC Delegation had various fruitful exchanges of views with high-ranking government officials and business leaders including H. E. Mr. Bui Quang Vinh, Minister of Planning and Investment. The members also visited 3 industrial parks, port site and new airport. It was a meaningful opportunity for the members to deepen their knowledge about the infrastructure development and investment environment.

〈19th Nov.〉　PM=Depart from Narita for Hanoi.

〈20th〉 AM=Meeting with Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman and President of Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Meeting with The Japanese Business Association of Viet Nam.

PM=Visit to Ecopark City. Dinner hosted by H. E. Mr. Hiroshi Fukada, Ambassador of Japan to Viet Nam.

〈21st〉 AM= Meeting with H. E. Dr. Tran Xuan Ha, Vice Minister of Finance.

PM= Meeting with Mr. Nguyen Van Suu, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee. Meeting with H. E. Mr. Le Quoc Doanh, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. Meeting with H. E. Mr. Bui Quang Vinh, Minister of Planning and Investment.

〈22nd〉　AM= Meeting with Mr. Cao Quoc Hung, Deputy Director General, General Directorate of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

PM= Courtesy Call on H. E. Mr. Truong Tan Sang, President. Move to Haiphong City. Meeting with Dr. Dan Duc Hiep, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee. Dinner hosted by Haiphong People’s Committee.

〈23rd〉 AM=Visit to Cat Bi International Airport, Haiphong Port, Trang Due Industrial Park. Move to Quang Ninh Province.

PM= Meeting with Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of The People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province. Visit to Cai Lan Port, Viet Hung Industrial Park. Dinner hosted by The People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province.

〈24th〉 AM= Ha Long Bay Lunch Cruise.

PM= Move to Haiphong Airport. Depart from Haiphong for Ho Chi Minh.

〈25th〉 AM=Move to Binh Duong Province. Meeting with Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman & CEO of BECAMEX IDC CORP and Mr. Yasuyuki Nakata, General Director of BECAMEX TOKYU. Visit to DNP Vietnam.

PM= Lunch hosted by BECAMEX. Visit to Binh Duong New City. Meeting with H. E. Mr. Le Thanh Cung, Chairman of The People’s Committee of Binh Duong Province. Back to Ho Chi Minh. Dinner hosted by Mr. Harumitsu Hida, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh.

〈26th〉 AM= Meeting with Japanese Business Association of Ho Chi Minh.

PM= Sightseeing. Meeting with H. E. Mr. Le Hoang Quan, Chairman of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner hosted by Mr. Yoshihiko Nakagaki, Leader of the Delegation. Depart from Ho Chi Minh for Narita
