FEC invited H.E. Mr. Evgeny Vladimirovich Afanasiev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Japan for an Executive Luncheon Meeting at the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo on November 13.

Russia and Japan held their first-ever joint conference between defense and foreign ministers on November 2, therefore the Luncheon Meeting was timely. After a pleasant talk over the lunch in a cozy atmosphere, FEC President Mr.Matsuzawa made a welcome speech. Ambassador Afanasiev talked frankly on “Current Status of Russia and Future Prospects of Russia-Japan Relationship”. After the speech, there were active Q&As and discussions.
