H. E. Mr. Seiji Kojima, Ambassador for the Kansai area, was the speaker at FEC Kansai New Year International Forum. The public diplomacy under the title of “International Understanding: On-site report: “. The Forum was participated by 70 people including Consular Corps, LFEC and FEC members.
