20th FEC Kansai International seminar invited H. E. Mr. Manlio Cadelo, Ambassador of the Republic of San Marino and the diplomatic corps, as the guest speaker. He spoke on the Republic of San Marino: pride of the world’s oldest republic. 90 people including H.E. Mr. Seiji Kojima, Ambassador for Kansai Region, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, LFEC and other FEC members participated.
