We invited H. E. Mr. Mikhail Shvydkoi, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation on December 12, and held a welcoming breakfast in IMPERIAL HOTEL TOKYO attended by H. E. Mr. Evgeny Vladimirovich Afanasiev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, Mr. Alexander Bondarenko, Second Secretary, Embassy of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergey Eliseev, Second Secretary, Embassy of the Russian Federation. From the side of FEC Mr. Ken Matsuzawa, President of FEC, Mr. Hiroyuki Yushita, Senior Managing Director of FEC, Former Ambassador to Viet Nam and the Philippines, Mr. Seiichi Kondo, Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Mr. Toshimitsu Mori, Advisor, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Mr. Kazuo Kobayashi, Journalist, Advisor of Sakushin Gakuin attended and exchanged constructive comments and opinions.
At the end of the breakfast gathering, all members took a picture of the group photo, and a meeting was closed with sociable atmosphere.
