On November 27, FEC held a roundtable meeting with the Delegation of the State Duma of Russian Federation at the Russian Embassy. From Russian side, 5 people attended including Mr. Morozov Anton, Head of the Delegation, Member of Committee on International Affairs of the State Duma. From FEC side, 10 people attended including FEC President Ken Matsuzawa, and Mr. Mitsutoshi Kobayashi, President of Keishin-Gakuen Educational Group.
