A welcoming meeting for Mr. To Huy Rua, President of The Vietnam Japan Friendship Association and his party was held at the on December 15. The meeting was hosted by Viet Nam Ambassador Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, with support of FEC. From FEC side, 15 people attended including President Ken Matsuzawa and Mr. Yoshihiko Nakagaki, Chairman of FEC Japan–Viet Nam Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee.
