FEC invited H. E. Mr. Viorel Isticioaia-Budura,Ambassador of the European Union, to an Executive Luncheon Meeting at Imperial Hotel Tokyo on September 30. The meeting was held on the theme of “BREXIT and future prospects of the EU-Japan-relationship”.At the beginning, FEC President Ken Matsuzawa said, “Ambassador Isticioaia-Budura is an experienced and balanced diplomat with experience as the Romanian Ambassador to South Korea and China.I am looking forward to hearing frank remarks from the Ambassador today.” AmbassadorIsticioaia-Budura stated his appreciation for the Luncheon Meeting, and made a speech focusing on topics including BREXIT, current status of the EU and the Japan-EU relations.
